Overview: As Creative Lead I had full creative autonomy over this activation, owning every detail, from the initial concept and art direction to the physical builds, SFX, scripting, casting, and the complete user journey.

Concept: "What did the chicken say to the Demogorgon? Cluck cluck." These two words unlocked an exclusive KFC x Stranger Things drop. Across three UK cities, we used weathered 80s phone booths, live operators, and secret codes to turn a menu launch into an immersive hunt, perfectly blending the show's mystery with KFC’s bold humor.

Result: The activation sparked massive social sharing, seeing a 170 per cent uplift in earned social against benchmark with a rare 100% positive sentiment across two fiercely loyal fanbases. It contributed towards the most successful LTO in KFC UK history and won the Outdoor Experience award at the 2026 Campaign Experience Awards.
